I've been having a hard time focusing this December.
Not sure what happened, either this cold or I'm missing out on something in my diet.
I got some exams coming up and I've gotta really dig down deep to get that focus no matter what.
I've been supplementing myself with some nootropics, vitamins, but the efficacy seem to have decreased.
My usual stack contains things like Caffeine, Pramiracetam, etc. But Pramiracetam seems to have lost the efficacy.
I think I gotta try new things or supplement with more acetylcholine precursors.
