Body Preparation

Posted by redFishBlueFish , 01 August 2014 · 1,801 views

This is day 4 of 250mg of choline and 250mg of inostil(sp). I have been having the worst gut busting isssues since the start of it. I was unsure if it was related to the suppliment or to food i ate a couple days ago. I couldnt assume either, so i kept on with the suppliment and drinking lots of fluid. The shit was so bad i was up every hour doing my duty....

Today around lunch it stopped randomly. I took my fourth pill today and well see what happens.

As far as polyphasic, its been hard. I sleep nearly the required 4, but because i am in sleep debt, my body evetually passes out and takes it. As a last thought, I want to jump to 500mg of choline for a couple weeks before jumping to the smart powder. But however long my body adjusts is how long ill stay it. Either it be 100 pills or 300. I will most likely buy the same stuff and take 2 instead of 1.

I think this is week two of taking the supplements. I am still on the 500mg combo pill, but I added many more. After going through the Cambridge tests and really thinking about it, I would say only a few things have changed.

  • I am much more focused, not in a cognitive standpoint, but in a determined way.
  • A general sense of well being
  • Less spacey

My life situation hasn't changed in any sense and still have not increased my cognitive performance. I am much less spacey and the times I am in heavy sleep debt, no choice of my own, I am able to stay up. I would blank out many times in the past. Overall, I feel I am able to better respond to people and be able to give better, thoughtful, responses then the broken ones of the past.

I did experiment and drop all supplements for one day. It was absurd how I felt.  I could feel the old, weak, spacey, person coming back the following day. I could not wake up as easy as I could before, and like I said in the last sentence I felt weak. I really can't wait for my yearly wellness test coming up to verify if any of these statements are true. Cambridge tests have verified nothing cognitive has changed, but I would like to see if my wellness has changed.

As a side note, my fingernails are growing at a normal weekly basis. Before supplements, It would take nearly a month before I had to cut them.

Ok, here is all the pills I am currently taking, but I am changing it up.

  • 500mg (250mg Choline / 250mg Inositol) (one time daily)
  • B-100 Complex(Majority of B vitamins are 100mg) (one time daily)
  • 2G Fish Oil (two times daily)
  • 10mg CoQ10(one time daily)
  • 133mg  Magnesium with Chelated Zinc(three times daily)
  • 5000UI D-3(once weekly)

I've been taking this since July 31 and I can honestly say I feel really good. When I get the proper amount of sleep, beyond 2 hours, I feel amazing. My mind is much more clear and I feel more confident because I am not doing the old ticks I had. I had no expectations on this. Even when I don't get proper sleep, my body is properly supporting my mind and I am able to keep up even with a nap. I thought my GI issues were resolved, some were, but still not. I also use to have a slight pain on the left side of my chest, that pain is gone. Anyway, I will be switching it up in the next month or to the following:

  • Multi-Vitamin(4 pills, two times daily) $20
  • Biquinol Plus Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Supplement(1 time daily) $20
  • 333mg Fish Oil(two times daily) $6
  • Alpha-GPC (1 time daily) $20

I no longer have to separate every single supplement that I want because this multi-vitamin has it all. I will be taking 100mg less of Choline and Inositol. This multivitamin has DMAE, CoQ10, Choline and Inositol. It has 100 mg of the B vitamins needed, 400 mcg of B9, and 500mcg of B12. It has the magnesium and zinc I want and D-3 I need. It's pretty much captain bad ass. The biquinol advises of twice daily, but I can't afford $40 a month for two bottles, can't do it right now. I am just hoping I respond well to Alpha.

The bottle on the alpha recommends taking 300mg x 2 daily. I responded pretty bad to 250mg of choline bitartrate, but unsure if it was because of a fatty liver. I eat out a lot because I am never home and that may have been the problem, but we'll see.

Lastly, I am going to nuke my GI tract with a 7 day program on Renew Life Ultimate Flora Super Critical 200 Billion. Then continue to support with the 15 Billion version. Here is the supplement facts on the 200 Billion version.

Once I feel my body and mind are jacked up, in a good way, I will move onto using noots.

It's almost a month since starting all of this. I can honestly say I have a general sense of well being. The poop problems I've had with choline are long gone. Intellectual interests a predominate, but in the back of my head I want to rot my brain on video games. But this is all a head game for me. These are psychological issues that can only be fixed with a psychologist. I was raised by video games, my hobby growing up was video games, so I don't really know any different. I don't think i'd feel bad about playing video games if we were more financially set and I had time for it. Right now, anytime I spend playing video games, is time I could be learning a skill to get us out of this situation or making more money doing a side job.

I found a cheaper 10 strain supplement for probiotics at costco that I will be using instead of the other brand. But I still want to do the the 500 billion nuke for my gut.

All of this well-being feeling might be related to malnutrition. We eat out a lot, I mean a lot. I work a lot and my 2nd is very busy as well. So, maybe all these nutrients being fed to me via vitamins are helping out. The thing is I've had problems with nutrition my entire life, even as a child, so yeah. Maybe I need to go with something like soylent for a meal or two to balance me out. $300 for a month of food, comes out to $3 a meal. I spend $2.50 on a turkey lunchable, a banana, and a bottle of water. Believe it or not, it is filling. But I only do this for one meal, but we'll see.

Lastly, I discovered that the magnesium serving size was three pills while the fish oil was one pill. So when it said 400mg, it really means, 133.33 mg per pill. I had to adjust that to two for one meal and one for another. The fish oil surprised me with the 1 gram per pill. I'm unsure if I still want to be taking 2G a day of it.
