2500
Knocked out 2500 Calories today in 3 sessions, so an extra 850 today. The first 1300 were painless, tiny bit of pain on the left side behind the knee, but I think I know why, and I learned something and will modify the regimen for tomorrow to take advantage of it.. Got tons of stuff done and feel great. Motivation is back and outlook is great. I have a fe...

Nearly made it... now it's back to the elliptical

almost
So several months ago now, I was at 164 pounds, just 8 pounds away from what is apparently my ideal weight. It was a good trip and I discovered that I was a celiac, so I took gluten out of my diet and then some other things until I had taken it too far. For me, no bread and no milk meant no calcium. I imagine there is a phenomena of aging that changes the way we feel about things as we age. I imagine the reversal of aging will teach us many things and challenge...

weightloss
That puts me at 182.82 (yesterday), I'm well behind schedule on the weight loss but working hard. Getting the metabolic lynch pins out of the way has helped quite a bit I reason as well as more frequent doses of the metabolic boosters. Started taking a variety of enzymes today. I recognized something right away that seemed promising at lower than suggeste...
