Made a steak

Made a steak with mushrooms and onions, garlic bread, spinach and red bell peppers.  Went pretty well but the steak was weird.  Angus sirloin my ass.  I miss steaks with fat on them.

Still I'm pretty happy.

I cooked three pounds of hickory smoked bacon for later without using a microwave or dirtying dishes.
I can do that.

They interrupted regular TV programming for a press conference about a football player had been catfished. That was surreal. Not that I've looked into it, it looks like he may have been the catfish. His college looks the fool.
