In case you were unaware, Mr. Miller is well known for a couple reasons. He is a recently elected member of the Imminst Board of Directors and he is the CEO of the game development company 3D Realms. His company produced the popular games Dukenukem and Prey.

More details to come throughout the week.

It appears he has a typepad blog: http://dukenukem.typepad.com/
(Hasn't been updated in awhile, but he wrote a few essays on things in the video game industry, for those interested.)

I'll be starting out the interview focusing on technology since this is predicted to be a big part of the near future...aka Kurzweil's predictions. Scott being a game industry insider, I am sure he will have some insight on the development of virtual worlds and the hardware/software that support them.

I will of course be asking Scott about life extension as well. I will be interested to find out how his diet has changed over the last couple of years, the reasons, and what comprises his current supplement regimen.

If you can't attend live, please list any video game industry/3D realms or life extension questions here and I will ask them during the show.

I agree, a lot of fun - because you bring fun topics to the table. Great insights into the video game industry. I was a little disappointed to hear that the next console upgrade might be 4 years away, but I understand the economics behind it. The screen shots of Duke Nukem Forever look awesome!

Well over 100 individual viewers for the show. A new record!

Really, 100?! Outstanding. I thought you said online that it was just under 50 -- why the revised number?

The "deal" I struck with the audience is 50 simultaneous viewers. The highest that number reached was 47. The number fluctuated up and down through the show which typically indicates new viewers coming in. The metric software at the Ustream site showed 121 total viewers and 93 unique viewers for the 15th, most of which were there during the live show.

For the week of March 8th through March 15th, the channel had 472 total viewers and 340 unique viewers, according to the Ustream metrics page.
