Imminst,

Here's my regimen for complete transformation. I'm a 21 y/o male. I've been slowly adding one element a month for the past year or so. :

Element 1: Diet/Physical
Lyle Mcdonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0 - Cutting Version - 8 weeks
2 Week Normal Eating Break
Martin Berkhan's LeanGains Intermittent Fasting / RPT training for the rest of the year

Been using HEALING INDIAN CLAY masks every day with apple cider vinegar to stop my acne and also dosing 10 grams of B5 a day. This combo works. For the mild scarring I have, I got some laser treatment that helped a lot, but I'm going to get a more sophisticated fix done by end of this year that permanently removes acne scarring by a plastic surgeon. will write on this when i get to it.

Element 2: Sexual
30 minutes clamping every day (penis enlargement) read up on it. it works, dont take my word for it, try it yourself. My dicks gotten pretty big. I'm only .5 or .75 in away from my ideal length, so I'm focusing on girth, then hitting that last milestone for length, probably next year.

- 10 minutes morning

- 10 minutes evening

- 10 minutes night

Sporadic Clamping: throw the clamp on while giving it to my girlfriend 8-D
25 mg Viagra every night before bed for 6 months (read up the studies)

Element 2: Cognitive:

Morning: 1/4 teaspoon pramiracetam + 1/8 teaspoon nefiracetam + 200 mg caffeine / 25 mg ephedrine
Afternoon: 1/4 teaspoon aniracetam + 1/8 teaspoon nefiracetam + 200 mg caffeine / 25 mg ephedrine
Night: 1/4 teaspoon piracetam + 1/8 teaspoon nefiracetam + 1/4 teaspoon magnesium l-threonate

Other supps:
multi-mineral and multi-vitamin EOD.
Fish oil ~ 5 caps a day.
Pycnogenol - 100 mg a day.
Magnesium Taurate - 600 mg a day

Hired a tutor to teach me game theory once a week. Also constantly reading on stuff relevant to my work. Write 2 blogs that I update about once a week.

Meditation - 20 minutes upon waking. I meditate before taking any stims or nootropics, as soon as I'm up from bed. I plan to make this 2 hours a day, probably within 2 years. No big deal if that doesn't happen though.

Element 3: Manning the F**k Up

Been taking martial arts for the past year. I do it 4x a week. 3x a week is krav maga and once a week is knife fighting / sparring with gear with my other training. Highly recommended. If you plan to train, plan to get hit. Getting struck on a regular basis keeps your ego in check and makes you less timid in general. If you're worried about brain damage, don't do it. I try not to get hit in my head as much as possible but it happens.

Read these blogs: Delusion Damage, Solve My Girl Problems, and Heartiste.wordpress.com (find the links yourself) Within 1 month of reading these blogs you will be a different man. Add them to your pulse/rss feed or whatever. Consume them. Live them, breathe them.

Lastly, I cut out all the people in my life that were negative. I don't mean that in an esoteric way, just people that aren't going to support on a journey to beast mode. It's easy to identify these folks.

Element 4: Digital Nirvana

This isn't relevant to Imminst, but I've been using Action Method Online, Todoist, all the Google apps (gmail, docs, calendar) google chrome extensions and some other kickass apps, and synced my phone, laptop, desktop and ipad all together. I also brought my gmail inbox to ZERO, which gives you a surprising amount of peace of mind.

In this post, I've simplified a lot of things in my routine and haven't written about all the bullshit kinks I've been having to work through, I'll keep posting more details as I go along.

General Weekday Schedule is as follows:
5:00 - 5:20 AM / Wake up and meditate in bed
5:20-5:30 AM / Clamp for 10 minutes
6:00 - 7:30 AM / Workout @ gym. Working out in the AM is not ideal, but I have no choice.
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / Job
4:15 AM - 5:00 PM / Drive to my martial arts gym. Read in the car until class begins. I don't listen to music unless it's at work, in the car I listen to audio books.
5 - 7:30 / Martial Arts + Driving home. On the days I don't have martial arts, I go right home and work on some personal projects or read.
7:30 - 9 / Get my second set of clamping in and chill with my girl. If not with my girl I read. Or update my blog. Or both.
9 - 10 PM / do that facial mask stuff shower and hit bed.

Weekend schedule - more reading, learn with the game theory tutor, one session of martial arts, hang out with the gf, hit the drums up for an hour or two as well
