Hey everyone!

Due to limited financial resources I have to focus.
Further information: I am vegan (and don´t want to change this) and live in Germany (so, some things you would possibly recommend might hard to get here).

During the mourning:
-A handful (or two) of several nuts
-fruits (I know berries are the sh**, so I focus on them, but try to keep it interesting and eat several other fruits as well..trying to avoid fruits containing too much sugar though)
- a bit of tofu (it´s a processed product...nevertheless acceptable in your opinionen??)
-a tea spoon walnut oil if I don´t eat salad with olive oil that day
-a little bit of dark chocolate

Around lunchtime/evening:
-In general,a mixture of vegetables (try to put brokkoli in the mix as often as "possible")

Sometimes I add potatoes or rice. I know it´s not the best I can do, but a bit of variation is needed, otherwise I tend to feel unsatisfied resulting in transgressing..or sort of.

Salad is also important, of course. I often eat olives and tomatoes and so on.

Drinks: water, green tea, sometimes red wine ( I know, something to argue about)

In addition:
Since recent studies I dropped resveratrol and focus on more conventional stuff. So I supplement with:
Vitamin D
Vitamin B (especially B12 is important for me a vegan)
Coenzyme q10 100 mg/day
Lecithin

If you think I am doing something terribly wrong, please lemme know.

Thank your very much in advance!

I'm not sure lecithin is a good idea --

Get your D levels measured, and you should be good there. Perhaps consider some K2, unless you eat natto. If you haven't tried cronometer out yet, it may be worthwhile, to get an idea of your diet stacks up.

I'm not sure what the ideal way for vegans to get Omega 3s, besides ALA via flax/chia and similar plant sources. You could look into an algae omega 3 if your diet is lacking there.
