I've got all three that I put in yogurt, chia and flax seeds and hemp hearts. I know they have fiber and healthy fats, any other benefits? Do any of them stand out as best?

chia: fiber, protein, potassium, manganese, calcium, promotes healthy systemic circulation

hemp: good fats, protein, high amounts of omega-3s (more than most other nuts/seeds) and a good way to ensure EFAs in ones diet

flax: micronutrients, fats and some protein as well....
