Chase is starting up their community giving contest again, it seems. See here on Facebook.

Is it worth our time to try again? Does the life extension community now have enough people and resources to win a grant? I think we do, but that does not guarantee we will get any money.

If the rules are still the same, then Chase will probably screw Longecity, Methuselah, SENS, in the end....again. Read here to find out about our past effort and how Chase screwed every charity they didn't like.

If a Chase employee makes a donation to a charity it gets matched IIRC. I don't know if that's for all charities or just their selected ones though.

This contest had nothing to do with the employees of Chase. The corporation was giving away money and even though SENS had enough votes to get into the final round of the contest, SENS did not win. They had a clause in the rules where they could eliminate competitors at their discretion and they probably deemed SENS too radical, you know curing aging, defeating disease, saving lives, apparently not on their agenda.
