Would it be possible for someone with cancer to live normaly if we would be able to inject this person with nanomachines which would constantly remove the growing tumors so that other organs wouldnt stop working?

Probably, but if we had the technology to reliably distinguish between healthy cells and tumor cells, we could just kill them with a lethal agent conjugated to the recognition system. There wouldn't be a need for nanoscopic robots.
