I had a morning stack which consisted of nicotinamide riboside, pterostilbene, resveratrol as well as other synergistic supplements which I took simultaneously in one big mouthful.

In my readings of the various studies and forum threads, it seems that some of resveratrol and/or pterostilbene's effects seem to be dependant on the NAD pool. (i.e. Sirt1 expression limited by NAD etc)

Would it be better if I supplemented resveratrol/pterostilbene after taking my nicotinamide riboside and other NAD enhancing supplements rather than a simultaneous mouthful?

To note, I also bump up my blood plasma levels throughout the day by swallowing 125 mg of NR every few hours, but I was wondering if it would be better to take resveratrol/pterostilbene after after my 1st dose of NR, instead of being a part of my 1st dose.

Or would it not really make that much of a difference?

Well, the hope is that by taking them together the NAD boost will come when it's needed by the SIRT activators, before it's depleted by CD38 and other NAD consumers. I don't think anyone has a definitive answer yet.
