My regime for slow down the aging please suggest/critique

this is my first post so please :)
Morning: black coffee coconut oil with 2 piece of garlic and one tablet of calcium & vitamin d3 with a pinch of cinnamon with one tspoon of apple cider vinager
lunch :eat regular food with curd and one 500 Mg metformin
Night: bacopa ,
ginko biloba ,
1 mg selegdine ,
melatonin 1 mg ,
piracetam ,
turmuric ,
ashvagandha
piperlongumine
bit black pepper

Dinner cauliflower / lentils/
Intermittent fasting 16/8 every day
HIIT workout/calisthenics every other day
I dont eat metformin anymore because i lost all my morning wood and aanything since i do excercise alot it decreasing my testosterone level what you guys think about this ?
Also can i drink organic milk ? Wheat is main food in india its also no no ?
What else should i add for senscent cells and AGE and brain plaque based on latest research please suggest
