Hello everyone,

I am relatively new at this and i need your help with formulating a generic long-term general health and nootropic stack(s). The components should be natural, heavily backed up by scientific studies, and there should be a consensus on them having long term benefits.

(In other words: What could anyone (who is generally healthy) take everyday to improve their health and cognition in the long run?)

And by that I don't mean: just take a good multi :)

My Stack(s):

Since I am relatively new at this, and mostly just use Examine.com as my source, I used their database and terminology (''Human Effects Matrix'') in formulating this stack, so no animal or in vitro studies here.

This was my reasoning:

A) Decide what  ''Outcomes''  to chose from the examine database, and incorporate supplements which affect those outcomes. General Health stack is aimed at preventing the most common ''killers'', and Nootropic stack at long-term cognitive support.

   1. General Health (Examine.com ''Outcomes'' related to Cancer, Heart disease, Stroke and Diabetes):
     1.1 Inflammation
     1.2 General oxidation
     1.3 HDL
     1.4 LDL
     1.5 Triglycerides
     1.6 Blood pressure
     1.7 Blood glucose

   2. Nootropic
     2.1 Cognition
     2.2 Memory
     2.3 Cognitive decline
     2.4 Subjective well-being

B) Criteria for choosing the supplements:
Level of evidence: At least two double-blind placebo studies (3/4+),
Magnitude of effects: Minor at least (1/3+),
Consistency of research results: At least High (high+)

C) Examine.com search results: See attachment for details, had problems posting a picture.

D) My stacks summary:

   1) General health: Curcumin, Garlic, Fish Oil, Green tea extract, Berberine
   2) Nootropic: Rhodiola Rosea, Panax Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, Bacopa Monnieri, Phosphatidylserine

Questions:
1) Do you generally agree with the supplements in these stacks? (I am aware that the Nootropics will probably have to be cycled)
2) What supplements would you add/replace/remove?
3) What are the best quality probiotics and multi vitamins currently on the market?

Thanks in advance,
Cheers!
