Exercises that use good ol' hard work? I need something more focused than the popularized excerpts of meditation I've dealt with, and perhaps something manageable to ease into and then build on...The mind reigning bit only works slightly. I have problems thinking about what's important, and flurry into distraction, and I'm looking for exercises to help with thinking thoroughly and consistently about important, not irrelevant details. One thing I couldn't keep with also was kundalini, so any suggestions would be appreciated. at the moment i just do laps around the library every page or so (we're talking fiction here) :/
