i have put together a supplement regimen that would help brain cells regrow.

multivitamin/mineral
fish oil
lions maine
bacopa
L-Glutamine
N-AcetylCysteine
Alpha-Lipoic Acid
Glutathione

does anyone have anything else to add?

Interesting screen name. [wis]

Re-growth might imply that there has been damage done.

Can you please specify which region(s) of the brain you are referring to?

What activity (if any) do you assume has induced brain cell atrophy?

Or have you perhaps had a high resolution MRI scan of your brain performed and has it been determined you have a lower brain volume than a group of random controls matched for sex, age, and weight?

I heard that lithium compounds have a neurogenesis effect but I would do some reading on them before jumping in. There is a thread on the subject if you do a search.
