I am only able to afford a dose of 500mg resveratrol per day currently. Is the effect linear or is there some threshold you must get over to get your bang for the buck? In other words, would I be throwing my money out the window or would I get some benefit from 500mg/day? Should I wait until I am able to afford 3000mg/day?

Please use the search function. Or check this or other threads dealing with dosing schemes.

Sorry, just trying to reduce the very large amount of redundant information on resveratrol that already populates the forum ;)
