Boiled Peanuts/Trans-resveratrol

Anyone know about apparently high levels of trans-resveratrol in boiled peanuts? Apparently since they use "green" peanuts the immature pods have resveratrol which comes out during the boiling process. I'm thinking the juice in some canned peanuts would also have a high level. Thoughts?
