I started taking a couple days ago and the same thing seems to be happening when i take resveratrol as when i take arginine which i believe is the increased NO levels maybe but my problem is having to get up to urinate many times during the night like somehow the NO or res and arginine are keeping my bladder from relaxing...or causing my prostate to swell with extra bloodflow causing this......Granted i used to have this problem anyway to some extent for years but it had gotten better and the only things that flared it up were res , arginine and cittruline malate.....I would appreciate advice here cause id like to keep taking res cause makes me feel great but i cant deal with this side effect.Maybe it will go away or decrease my dosage maybe?Im taking 500 mg in the morning thx

I experienced when I was taking low purity (50% extract) t-reveratrol, but I haven't had any issues since switching to high purity forms (99%+ purity). Are you taking a low purity extract or high purity t-resveratrol only supplement?
