I've read a few threads where people have discussed CR (calorie restriction) in conjunction with or as an alternative to resveratrol, but I've also seen a few mentions of "switching to" something only called "IF" - can anyone demystify this one for me?

Intermittent Fasting
Some studies ahve shown that it has the same effect, if not more effective than pure CR. Search function it.
