Hello,
I am interested how do you recommending dosing 99% trans-resvatrol for 18 year old. I've read dosing is anywhere from 300mg to 5g per day. Since 5g is a little pricey,  i am interested what dose is still efective(For life extension ofcourse). I am a bodybuilding, i eat a rather clean diet( no junk), eat 10g of fish oil, which equals to somewhere 3g of epa+dha, i eat a good multivitamin(not megadosed, because i have feeling that a big percent goes to waste with mega dosed vitamin), i eat healtly fats, and 2.5g protein per kg weight. I also supplement with vitamin c, 2g daily

I have another question, which i've asked in another thread, so i'm sorry if this is a repost.

I am planning on ordering resvatrol from vital prime or revgenetics. Can this companys be trusted? Which one is better for quality and purity of the product? They have great prices , 100g 99% trans-resvatrol for 60$, which is amazing

Hi lojzenov,

I have to say that I usually recommend resveratrol for folks in their late twenties, although we have clearly seen exceptions.
Having said that, I think we have a body builder here in the forum who uses it, but I don't know his age.

Regarding recommendations, please spend some time reading the forum posts regarding both companies.

I represent RevGenetics, so all I can say is to look toward the independent tests done on the resveratrol to see who looks better to you, and you will find your answer.

Thanks
A

Well i've read few threads, and i am planning on reading a lot more. Since you are from revgenetics in have a question, why is capsule form of resvatrol so expensive, 120 capsules of 1000mg cost 300$, for this you can get 500g of powder form? Is there something i am missing?

And one more question since i haven't found an email on your page, do revgenetics ship to slovenia(middle europe), and how much does shipping cost ?

Thanks for answers

Powder was recently dropped from $188, so if you prefer powder, it is cheaper than capsules. We do happen to be the only company making 1000mg capsules in the world, for convenience. But you can certainly look at all the folks that provide 500mg on the price watch list to determine what you would like to consider.

We are not the only people making 500mg capsules, and ask you to review the list to see what may be best for you.

To be honest i prefer the price of the powder..
What do you think about dosing resveratrol? Should 500mg once per day be enough to start with.. ?
