What are the best Resveratrol supplement?

It looks like I have a lot of reading and research to do on Resveratrol. I was wondering if you could please just recommend the good ones out there that I could start with while I'm doing my research. I'm 26 years old male. I'm thinking of starting with a lower dose 25mg Resveratrol by LEF. Also, I do not consume wine and don't really want to because of the alcohol. Thanks.
