100mg of Red Wine Extract
Green Tea Extract 100mg (EGCg)
Grape Seed Extract 50mg

It's not bad. If you are really looking for resveratrol, I don't think there's enough in here to do very much. It's a 50% extract, so if you take a lot of it (like 5 caps or more) you may see the side effects typical of the 50% products, such as diarrhea. Green tea extract is great stuff, but 100mg is kind of a low dose. GSE is good stuff too. Nothing bad here, just kind of low dosages.

EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) is one of the components of green tea. The extract might have been standardized to a certain concentration of EGCG.

Okay I returned it and replaced with this... (ResveratrolForte)
