Reading though the posts it seems to me that the daily dose of res varies from 100 mg to several grams.
What would be the ideal dose for life extension?

Lets just put it this way. Even Sirtris Pharmaceuticals hasn't answered this question. It's the $10 million question. Personally, I am taking about 2 grams per day in a single dose mixed with milk. I might eventually add in some whey protein.
