This study has been extensively discussed on this forum in multiple threads. In fact, our discussion of it is far superior to the blogger whose article you linked. Among other things, said blogger failed to note that this was a low dosage resveratrol study (about the equivalent of 700 mg daily for the average human), and so the failure to stimulate sirtuins seen at higher dosages was expected and acknowledged by the team who did the study.
Also, I saw no mention by the blogger of the crucial difference between the low dosage resveratrol and CR results in the study: unlike CR, there was no anticancer effect in the low dosage resveratrol group. We can hypothesize that this result, which conflicts with other studies using a higher dosage of resveratrol, may be because the dose didn't reach the threshold necessary to stimulate sirtuin activity.
