Is Resveratrol all? I've seen some of the other forums and all the regiments people are on, but those are all healthy type regimens, not necessarily substantial longevity regimens such as Res. So my question is, is Resveratrol the only mainstream longevity substance with some publicity heat? Is there something else on the horizon in terms of supplements?

There are pretty interesting substances, you either did not read thoroughly, did not understand the logs or read the wrong ones.
