The reason I'm asking this is because I came across this photo at Andrew Romano's The Stumper:

Take another look at that photo, and that nice, expensive silk scarf which she wore yesterday. Isn't that a really cute animal motif there?

I'm interested to see what Snopes has to say about the photo. I bet it's real though. Reddit has thousands of people who go through photos like this everyday both real and Photoshopped. I would assume that if it were photoshopped that someone would have caught it already. Lets see if Snopes verifies it.
