[Singularity]

DMT, The Spirit Molecule, by Rick Strassman, M.D.  Are really good read, even for atheists.

Here are the basics.

Dr. Strassman actually got the go-ahead from the government, including the DEA, to research DMT, the most powerful psychedelic substance known.  The DMT molecule is present in most all other psychedelic substances as well as some neurotransmitters, including:

mescaline
MDMA (Ecstacy)
tryptamine
serotonin
LSD
ibogaine (anti-addiction hallucinogen)
psilocybin (magic mushrooms)

DMT is ubiquitous in plants and animals throughout the world.  It is theorized that DMT is released by our pineal gland and is responsible for dreams, NDE's (Near Death Experiences), OBE's (Out of Body Experiences), spiritual experiences, and, bet this, alien abduction experiences.

The reports from volunteers in his study reported all of the above after DMT injections in a controlled clinical setting.

Very interesting. I'd love to see some consistent results of this research to show to these spiritual wackos. Although it wouldn't make any difference, because the wackos don't listen to reason.

What you mean by the DMT molecule is found in MDMA and Mescaline etc?


DMT, LSD and Psylocybin are the only tryptamines on that list. The other are phenethylamines and other substances which have a different mechanism of action.

Dunno where someone got that from but if you try all the above you see how there's no way that can be true.

Sounds like forever freedom may need one hell of a dose of all the above though. Maybe that'll allow him to see how overrated his "reason" is in the global scheme of things.

May even cause him to quit talkin shit for a second or two.

i highly recommend smoking DMT, along with eating many of the other psychedelics, especially mescaline.... unless you have a family history of skitzophrenia or can't research and take psychedelics responsibly. otherwise, it'll change your life for the better!

What "global scheme of things"? Stop being so abstract, no wonder you don't like reason, it'd obligate you to actually think about what you're saying.

They all have the same core molecular structure, which is DMT.  They are all DMT molecules with various other atomic attachments.  Actually, LSD is different.  Just look at the atomic structure.

LSD molecule is kinda in between a tryptamine and phenethylamine, hard to strictly classify it.

DMT is one amazing substance though... would recommend to anyone who's intelligent and mentally stable enough to go through with the "breakthrough" amount, once in their lifetime at least, I can totally see them viewing life differently after that. Especially since, hypothetically speaking, one can extract it themselves(where permissible of course) using fairly basic kitchen chemistry and legal-to-buy-online ethnogen plants, instead of buying it off somebody else(although I can imagine it would be extremely rare, almost non-existent, for the typical dealers of illegal substances to carry it), and risk the chance of contaminants. Never actually achieved the actual breakthrough myself, but I've caught a glimpse of that other world during few ayahuasca sessions(in south america with the shamans of course, where its legal) and its beyond anything imaginable(like trying to explain what color is to a blind person), although it does really take an extraordinary person to actually go through with it all the way, beyond the total ego loss and further.

Wouldn't recommend it for people with difficult repressed memories though too (experiencing many of the well forgotten early-childhood moments is common)
