I've heard that the brain is fully developed when males are 25. Is that true? If so what can those of us that are 25 do to maximize our potential?

A combination of nutrition, supplements, and actually using the brain to do novel things are probably the best approach. You probably want to be getting lots of omega 3's, brain penetrating anti-oxidants and NGF stimulants. Good cardiovascular health is also necessary I think.
Anyone know which supplements increase nerve growth factor, other than NGF itself? I know carnitine does, what else?
