I've been taking Resveratrol daily straight after my main meals. So maybe 10 minutes or 20 minutes after eating, I'll take the following supplements:
- Resveratrol (50mg) [this is the first of my 2 daily pills]
- MorEPA smart fats (omega 3)
- Tesco complete multivitamins and multiminerals

Is this ok? Or should I take before meals as some have been doing?

>>> Resveratrol before or after food?, when is best <<<

Probably OK to take with/after food. IME (higher dose) if taking just before a meal, through whatever mechanism it makes the food taste better, - effect lasting for several hours after. Now even a carrot with a dash of peanut butter is SO GOOD. Posted Image xD

Is that before or after your 2 mile swim and 12 mile run? Not to mention the bike ride. ;)

Boocock's pharmoknetic study did find higher serum levels when resveratrol was taken in the morning than at other times of day,

I've read in several threads here on imminst that the best time to take resveratrol is in the morning for better absorption so I take mine right away when I wake up in the morning, and then the rest of my supplements before breakfast.

There is the clinical study that Maxwatt cites all the time for his suggestion to take it in the morning for highest peak blood plasma levels.
