I didn't know there were any carbon nanotube based electronics yet, but i guess they've been developing them over the last few years.

the non volatile memory devices were on Next Big Future a few months ago. They were self assembling memory using a silver lattice or something. would have to dig to find the article.

Considering this year.

Self assembling static memory (data stays when power off)
Self assembling circuits using DNA scaffolds with nanotubes
Unlimited length Carbon nanotube Fibers
Large scale graphene production
graphene circuits


the basic components and processes for nanoelectronics is nearly in place. I expect prototype nanocomputers in a few years and market ready devices in 5 to 6

It's looking like nanocomputers and quantum computers may develop at the same time. makes me wonder if hybrid Quanano computers will work.
