I'm trying to make a stack that will give me the most bang for my buck...here is what I've come up with:

Piracetam: 2 800 mg caps twice a day and in the evening one 800 mg cap = 4g
Acetyl L-Carnitine: 800mg 3x a day
Alpha GPC: 150g 3x a day
Centrophenoxine: 100 mg 3x a day
Vinpocetine: 12mg 3x a day (from 120mg 10% vinpocetine 90% vitamin c)
Sulbutiamine: 200mg 3x a day

I would like to have the last four items all in one cap mixed, but it looks like the total amount (520mg) probably won't fill 00 cap even without using a tamper, so I should probably add one more item to the mix. Any suggestions?

Any help will be greatly appreciated with dosing, timing, or suggestions on addition or removal of items.

Thanks.

Bang for buck? What do you mean exactly? What is your budget per week/per month/per three months? Your answer will vary accordingly.

I would like a regimen that would cost 50$ or less a month (I understand that by buying bulk I'd have to spend more than that upfront).
I realize that vinpocetine and acetyl l-carnitine aren't usually at the top of anyone's list, but I include them because they seem to have worked for me.

Things that I think don't do anything for me: aniracetam (strangely..), Idebenone, ALA, Picamolon.

Any input is appreciated.

$50 per month. USD?

Okay:

Hydergine FAS 4.5 mg daily $19USD per month at biogenesis + shipping

Pyritinol 600 mg a day to start, increase if necessary up tp 1200 mg per day

Oxiracetam 800 mg twice a day (you can buy this at smi2le.biz or axiom biologicals)

Alpha GPC 50% 500 mg twice a day

That should use up just about all your money, and should be effective at improving cognitive performance.

Take care, be well.

Which of those should be taken with a meal and which one an empty stomache?

Also, I see in a separate thread about repairing coginitive decline due to stress.
I too went through an extremely stressful period and ever since feel like I am not
the same as far as my intelligence goes (studying, speaking etc). What can I take
that isn't prescription that will repair this?
