Imminst has a growing projects & teams system to manage a variety of volunteers that are helping to pursue the goals of advocacy & research for unlimited lifespans. We are constantly building, maintaining and working with these contributors as we grow toward that level which can most expediently help us acheive our goals in time for as many of us as we can. When the time is right and the resources, project & team leaders, and volunteer support is there then we also develop more projects & teams, and perform a host of other functions.



We keep track of those contributors who contribute their corresponding team minimum for the month in this list so that we can award randomly drawn prizes. Those who have made their contribution for the month are marked with a star*

Prize drawings are held as close to the last day of the month as possible. It is announced ahead of time here. If you want to sit in on the prize drawings then let us know here and we will contact you before they start.

The prize is anything up to $25 from http://imminst.org/store, (excluding books that are not on the recommended list) or a year Imminst membership, or a donation to the SENS Foundation. Prizes chosen from the store include shipping costs, you forfeit the difference between $25 and the prize you pick.

I keep getting errors when I try to merge these responses with the volunteer prize index. I got them a few weeks ago when I tried to do this and again just now.

It worked fine when I just tried it. I spit if off again, for this months drawing.

Are the 'activity' meters accurate? For example FunkOdysee was really active as a Moderator this month, and since 'recommended topics' wasn't working how can people have been active in it?

If we can agree, I'd like to make this the last prize drawing and switch to the ₮E system soon.

The activity meter doesnt become accurate until I do a final tally later today or early tomorrow morning.

Can we keep this going while we try out the other system, and if the other system works then stop this one for now, or permanently?

yes absolutely, if we can get a team leader to work them out

Rwac adjusted the research banner by adding to it, he made a stem cell banner thats links to the new stem cell vote moving through US congress. There was a logo that needed some adjusting, I think it was the misspelling that he fixed in a main one. I counted those as art team. I could have potentially counted them as editors to keep it simple. Then with editors he put in the stem cell dialogue that Michael created, and adjusted the wording in the research article to update it so I counted those as one.

Lee Robinson Petzer dugg 15+ (21) things in the digg section and so I gave him three stars with a "d" by it for digg. This is outlined in the Contrbutions Levels Index. (Can still be adjusted)

With ET and Niner I went through all the navigator posts that have been made since september 1rst. It can get to be a bit daunting because if you dont read every line of every response in every updated thread in the navigators section it can get a bit subjective. Ive been generally counting every 2 helpful responses there as 1 "moderator action". Maybe thats not what you think we should be counting the contributions by though.

Im going to look at the moderators tally as a whole again tomorrow and think about whether counting them there is enough or not. I have the fah tallied up most of the way and have a dozen or so to search out the longecity names for. Then I also have to think about that switch to bulk points. Im thinking general points for now, and bulk points for next month if we can figure out a way to make it work. There were around 25 more folders this month than last month so it seems that we are doing something right somewhere in there now. Ill evaluate that when Im not half asleep. Im also going to brush the full list up for the secretary.


Edit:

I checked moderation actions from the reports function to test it against the cp list and the reports function catches far fewer. That, and the complexity of searching the moderators sub forums amongst subjective responses is leading me to believe that just cp list is the way to go to tally these contributions. Ill think about how I might note this in the memo too. Each team gets at least one memo each month.

The folders for this month are as follows. I thought there were many more but once I pruned them down it turns out there wasnt all of 25 more. I think we should offer them points this month to give many of them a taste of points. Then for next fah points we could go for x many points for moving up two places in the fah ranks, from 79 to 77. How many points should that be? Ill need that figure for the memo.
