Could someone provide at least three links to places where I can purchase bulk vitamins (e.g. 10kg of Vitamin B1)?

Thanks.

If smi2le.biz could get Vitamin B1 and B5 in, then I would buy each of these from him.

I just emailed him about these.

Why in the world would you want that much B1?  How much are you planning on taking?

Do you need a lifetime supply or something?

I'm on the University basketball team and my team finds Vitamin B1 (at 2 grams) very energizing.

Ahhhh taking large doses of one B vitamin without taking any of the other B vitamins is a great way to cause problems i.e. relative deficienies of the other B vitamins.  2 grams!!!  Really, get them some green tea, or amphetamines (kidding) or something.

We all take a Vitamin B complex, just not at 2g per vitamin :)

The toxicity of Vitamin B1 is essentially non-existent.  In the past we have been taking 2g per game, 1g during training and 500mg during the off-season.  This has worked very well.

Why should we take "green tea, or amphetamines (kidding) or something"?

It is not toxicity that is of concern.  It is possibly causing relative deficiencies of the other B vitamins.  I have not studied this phenomena but am aware of it as a general principle.  You are taking it as a stimulant, if it were me, I would pick another one less likely to produce harm.

You need to be using benfotiamine (lipid form of thiamine).  Taking such large doses of the water soluble B1 is just a waste of time and money.

I will tell the team and I will investigate benfotiamine.
