I notice that that the new Imminst Multi "Vimmortal" contains 550mg of choline.

For those of us who are taking AchEIs, this could be a bit of a problem.

What do you guys think though? Happy with the chol.? Are you on an AchEI?

Personally, I find it hard not to get my RDI's worth of c-c-c-c-c-c-c-choline.

I eat a fairly good diet and lots of eggs (maybe too many, they're just so darn tasty though :)

How does a typical 250mg dosage of CDP-Choline fit into dietary choline? Just an additional 250mg?

Mol. weight of Choline is ~104. Mol. Weight of CDP-choline is 489.

So dietary choline in 250 mg CDP-choline is 250*104/289 = 53mg

I posted this in the main forum, but I'll just make my voice known here as well. I think choline should be removed from the supplement. It's difficult to control reactions with chemicals that affect the brain, and with those kinds of chemicals you should really be fostering the ability for an individual to control their dosing rather than trying the one-size-fits-all approach.
