As some of you already noticed, the spam factories did start this year with a good new year intention to induce a lot of undistinguished contributions to our otherwise nice and tidy forum. To get rid of it, we would like to ask you to help out with eliminating spam as early as possible. If you encounter spam messages, please use the "report" button, positioned down on the left of the post, to report it. The effect will be that the post will be invisible immediately. Navigators are able to deal with it later when present at the forum, e.g. deleting the spam and closing the spam account.

We have some technological means in place to reduce the spam, but the spamming community is clever. There are some procedural ways to proactively stop spam, but they are all quite labor intensive. This call for help is to try the "divide the work to conquer spam" approach.

Thanks in advance for your consideration and help! :)

Cheers, B.
