That's not really a new theory, as I've come across it or at least minor variants on it a couple of times before. But if they are able to apply this paradigm and improve the effect, then more power to them.

Also I should say that it's reductionistic to apply aspirin's cancer benefits to any one single mechanism. Practically all of the NSAIDs have been shown to have anticancer effects, so there seems to be a component related to inflammatory signaling as well. It doesn't seem to be due solely to COX-2 inhibition, as different NSAIDs have different magnitudes of effects in different circumstances, but the common thread is inflammation in general.

So just take it with Phoschol?

I wouldn't want to use just lecithin because that contains phosphatidic acid which is a strong mtor signaling enhancer.

That article is talking about a drug where the aspirin molecule is chemically bound to phosphatidylcholine. You can't just take them at the same time or even mix them together. What they are talking about will be patented, and only the patent holders will stand to profit from the product, and it will no doubt be be in development for years to come.

There's another analogue of aspirin called NOSH-Aspirin. It also has interesting results against cancer cells, but development seems to have more or less stalled. Honestly the more I look at these studies, the more I think that big medicine and big pharma love to do experimental research into cancer more than anything, but there's no urgency whatsoever in actually finding and applying a cure.

Sounds like a salicylic liposome to me, which diy should not be difficult.

I'll still bet on Cooper salicylate since it has the anti cancer activity
