Ok so I am trying to fill up each 'category' for nootropics in my stack, when I say category I mean a nootropic for memory, focus, stimulant, etc. While some affect multiple categories some have more specific effects. Anyways, I already have ones for the 'categories' mentioned above, but I don't have any for stress-reduction, and I thought it would be good to have one I guess. The two that I have narrowed it down to, and what I want an opinion on is between "Theanine" and "Bacopa". They are both stress-reducers, but I have also heard that each one has some other unique characteristics that are beneficial as well. I don't know what they are so if anyone has experience either of these, I would like to hear more about it, which is better to go with, or maybe if either is worth having. I have also wanted to try sulbutiamine for a while now, but the only thing that continues to bother me a lot is that it is a fat soluble, I don't like that at all because sometimes I don't have time to eat. When it comes to nootropics I only like pill form, drink with water, and go. So any opinion on this would be awesome.
Thanks
