Hi everyone,
I cannot orgasm during intercourse. With some effort, I can have an orgasm manually, but not with my partner. It just feels like nothing is there, as if she is too "loose." (I do get strong erections though.) With my hand, I can increase the "grip" and (with effort) have an orgasm.
I feel much better when I take tyrosine, especially when combined with NADH--though my body gets acclimated to the NADH fairly quickly. My orgasms become more intense because of the increases in dopamine, but it is not EASIER to orgasm (so no orgasm during intercourse; only manually). Tyrosine and NADH make me more extroverted. (I'm an introvert.)
The doctors are clueless.
I think I also have high levels of prolactin, and usually stay up late due to insomnia. My body temperature is usually on the high side, and my nerves and reflexes are twitchy and too easily triggered (symptoms of mild serotonin syndrome). It's difficult to sit still, though vigorous exercise (running) and sunshine clear this up about 80%.
Any ideas/tips? Thank you so much in advance!
PS: Are there any other safe ways to lower prolactin besides Vitex (chaste berry)?
