New to nootropics, need stack for Motivation/Energy, concentration abilities and sense of humor

Hi guys I'm new to nootropics.

I'm currently taking Fish oil, D3 and Multivitamin.

I want to improve my Motivation/Energy, concentration abilities and sense of humor.

I was thinking about taking L-tryptophan, DMAE or DAA.

What do you think about this? Any advices or suggestions?

Sense of humor, that's a good one. :)

Tryptophan may be going in the wrong direction as far as energy goes. Plus, at least in rat studies, lifespan increased when tryptophan was eliminated from diet.

DMAE doesn't seem too good as a precursor to choline, so I'd just take choline, myself..

DAA sounds nice. Exercise and diet can also make quite an impact if those aren't in check.
