Hey all,

I just ordered a bunch of supplements based on what I've read on the internet to supplement my ADHD (my issues are primarily focus studying for the GMAT and suddenly am unable to put words together as well in business- which is scaring me)

I ordered the following:

-Jarrow Formulas Alpha GPC, 300mg, 60 Tablets
-Now Foods Creatine Monohydrate 750mg Capsules, 120-Count
-Piracetam 800 mg 60 vcaps
-Omega 3 Fish Oil
-10 Gram (0.35 Oz) Oxiracetam Bulk Powder
-Acetyl L-Carnitine 500 mg 240 Caps by Swanson Premium
-Focus XT by SNS Blue Raspberry 360 grams

Also considiring Vitamin B Complex & also want some guidance on what to eat to maintain nootropic effectivenss. Thanks so much!

anyways, this should be in tomorrow. Before I take it I want to get some level of regimine, dosage, and anything else that I should add to this. If you could break it down by morning/evening/night, what else to take, what else to add/avoid- it would be greatly appreciated! Also, do I cycle? Do I remove any of these? Thanks a ton!

Don't mean to threadcrap or hijack. I also have ADHD-PI, and I currently take adderall for it. Just seeing if there are things I could add to this make it more effective.

To the op, have you tried adderall?

I am also planning to get bulk Noopept from china quite soon.

I'm on adderall, the extended release form, at 20mg. It's ok.  Personally, I notice little effect, but my wife says that it helps tremendously. The withdrawal effects, though, suck. Its the most intense caffeine withdrawal you've ever had, for like three days.

When I was younger, I took Ritalin, which I really didn't like, as it made me emotionally unstable. I don't get that with the adderall though.

I also take a B stack, multi, D3, choline citrate, oxi- and paracetam.

Really, I've always felt more from the B vitamins than either the Ritalin or adderall.

I'm wondering if you actually have sluggish cognitive tempo instead of ADHD-PI. Not that it influences my recommendations very much...

You could try dexedrine instead of adderall if you really wanted to. Some people say "It's so much better than adderall," some say "it's so much worse," and some say "it isn't any different."

I like your oxiracetam + piracetam combo. I've used that when I forgot to get my ritalin/concerta Rx refilled in time. For me personally, it's not quite as good, but it's waaay better than having nothing at all! (And way better than loading up on caffeine.)

Overall, your stack looks pretty solid here. I'm not sure the creatine is going to help -- I can't recall if nervous tissue uses creatine as an energy reserve the way muscle tissue does. But it won't hurt anything.

Just watch out for all the caffeine in the Focus XT. 200mg per dose -- intense. I'd split that dose up into a morning and afternoon dose, and not take it at all past 5 pm. But I have a sleep disorder and maybe you don't. What I certainly don't suggest is three or more doses per day, as that puts you at risk for caffeinism.

Outside of that, you're good to go. All I have left to say is this: ADHD responds to high dose piracetam. I tend to take a 4-5 gram attack dose at the beginning of a study/work session and 2-3 grams every few hours after that. I weigh 120 lbs, so most people should take a higher dose than that -- more like 5-6 g attack dose and 3-4g every few hours.

Oxiracetam, on the other hand, does not need to be dosed very high. If you're getting nervous and restless, cut the oxiracetam and/or Focus XT.

If you are new to using racetams and nootropics I would definitely recommend starting off with piracetam with alpha GPC (just these two) for 2-3 weeks to get a feel for piracetam. And don't expect any miracles with any combination of these, but your life will get "better". The piracetam should take 7-10 days to kick in. Then afterwords try oxiracetam and alpha-GPC (always need a good choline source like alpha GPC, CDP-choline, especially with anything more potent than piracetam or may get a headache) to get a feel for oxiracetam. Then after that, experiment with other stuff.

I would recommend against just taking all this stuff at once. It will take some time to figure out what nootropics at what time of the day work best for you. You may find that you do not need all of this stuff, or that you want to try out other nootropics. Try different combinations for a few days, then try something new if you don't like it.
