As you remember, because the vote for which cryonics research proposal was so close, Longecity decided to fund the top vote getting project in full, but also to seed the runner-up with a small amount of money. That seed money is $1,500. The research proposed by Ben Best and Aschwin & Chana De Wolf is to study the test of blood washout and vitrification perfusion in an animal model (mice). This project will be the primary focus of the podcast to be recorded on Thursday.

The interview was completed as scheduled last week. I was a nice little chat about cryonics and some more details about the proposed research that Longecity will fund in cooperation with Advanced Neural Biosciences. I am currently putting the finishing touches on the podcast. It should be available soon.
