I've been taking a compund capsule of 150mg pram - 150mg citicoline - 150mg piracetam twice a day. That's 300mg of each daily. I've had no adverse side effects. The reason I'm taking the piracetam together with pramiracetam is because I was told they assist each other's efficacy since one is fat soluable and the other water soluable and help to minimize adverse side effects. I don't know if this is true but I got the information from a biochemist. Can anyone expound on this?

Also, if Pramiracetam is 30 times more effective than Piracetam, and I'm taking 300mg of Pramiracetam (300 X 30 = 9000). That would mean I'm taking enough Pramiracetam to equal 9 grams of Piracetam. Does that mean I should increase my 300mg dose of Citicoline?
