As I try to nail down my choline sweet spot with my racetam regimen, I'm trying to figure out how much "choline" 300 mg of AGPC is worth, or 1.2 grams of lecithin, or 250 CDP.

In general I take AGPC with my first racetam dose only, whatever it is, and use lecithin or vimmortal caps for subsequent dosing. This makes me uncertain of the "ratio" that I am using.

Thank you!
