Is it possible to create a some sort of oscillation, via laser, or other forms of light, in a solid body?

Iam thinking about the possibility of a device which could be used to observe organ activity, without touching the body.
Like some sort of lasermicrophone, one light source should send, and the other should recieve the returning and modulated signal, which would be analysed in the device itself.

What do you think about that?

What you're describing is vaguely like MRI. I don't think that you would have much luck doing what you want with visible or near-visible light. MRI uses a very strong magnetic field and radio frequency photons. The magnetic field causes protons to be able to absorb an RF photon with a frequency that is characteristic to the chemical environment of the proton. Or something like that...

In order to see the internal organs with a laser device, You will need to find a light wavelength, that can pass through all the tissues without scattering in order to get a clear image, to be able to pass through the whole body and together with that to be safe (the output energy of the laser to be low enough for not damaging tissues and organs, through it travels). I don't think, that this is possible. Also, I don't believe You to be the first, who had this idea in the last 20 years, and since nothing like laser internal organs scanner has been spread in the medical world, perhaps this idea has been thrown away as not perspective at least ten times until now. Plus this device has a powerfull concurence. There are magnetic resonance devices, that do very acurate 3d organ reconstructions, that are becomming more and more acurate; ultrasound medical sonography developed alot recently there are already 3d sonographs, that give less acurate images, but are much cheeper; computer tomography also is a concurent device.

P.S. Light device, that tis placed on the fingers is used to be measured saturation, which somehow complies with "vital aktivity"
