It's on eBay.
Worth to try?

Syn-RG is a complete Telomere support supplement designed to replenish lost telomerase enzyme activity, reduce oxidative stress and chronic inflammation, slow down biological aging, and repair degenerative aging-related damage at the cellular level.

Biological aging and increased vulnerability to aging-related disease starts at the DNA-cellular level.
Syn-RG is on the leading edge of telomere support and anti-aging technology, providing the most effective and most advanced telomere support supplement available. Our product is designed and formulated to improve and maintain telomere length and total cell integrity, and in effect, slow down the aging process at the DNA-cellular level.
This supplement not only provides effective telomerase enzyme replacement, but also promotes total cell health by utilizing powerful antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and critical key nutrients to protect the integrity of, and improve the health of the entire cell, including, but not limited to, the telomere itself.
How does Syn-RG work, what's in it, and what makes it so powerful?
Select Glandular Extracts (Telomerase Enzyme Replacement)
The mechanism responsible for telomere lengthening is mediated by telomerase, a unique ribonucleoprotein enzyme, which mediates RNA-dependent synthesis of telomeric repeats.
Telomeres are unique repeating protein-DNA structures that act as protective "end caps" at the end of each arm of the chromosome, and, among other critical roles, regulate cellular replicative capacity.
During each cell division, part of this telomere is lost. As we age, the telomere continues to erode until eventually reaching critical length, and undergoing replicative scenesence which renders them incapable of further cell division at which time the cell is permanently destroyed.
It is the permanent loss of healthy new cell production through replicative senesence that leads to biological aging and increased vulnerability to disease in humans.
Syn-RG is designed to slow this process and reverse the effects caused by it by improving and maintaining telomere integrity through the replenishment of the telomere lengthening enzyme telomerase.
Some of the benefits reported with improved telomerase enzyme activity include:

· Increased skin health and elasticity.
· Improved mental clarity and vision.
· Healthier, stronger hair and nails.
· Increased levels of natural energy.
· Greater Immune system health.
· Increased sexual function and libido.
Syn-RG contains thymus gland extracts to supplement and replace lost telomerase enzyme activity. These are not weak herbal "activators." We are not attempting to "activate" that which is already failing - Syn-Rg's process can be related to a total blood transfusion - The glandular extracts simply replace what has been lost.
By utilizing glandular extracts, we can guarantee the complete delivery of the critical telomere lengthening enzymes into living cells where telomerase activity occurs to be used by the body as needed.
Syn-RG Contains Two Powerful Antioxidants.
Studies clearly show that the regular use of antioxidants are associated with longer telomeres by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation. Your Telomeres are especially vulnerable to oxidative stress. Also, when inflammation occurs, telomerase enzyme activity is reduced, which reduces telomere synthesis, or lengthening.
Antioxidants play a crucial role in telomere length and overall cell health. To effectively combat telomere destroying free radicals and inflammation, it is important to use both fat soluble and water soluble antioxidants regularly.
Syn-RG provides you with two of the most beneficial antioxidants in each group for daily use:
Astaxanthin - Fat Soluble Antioxidant (Pharmaceutical Quality)
With it's unique features, Astaxanthin is recognized as the most powerful and beneficial antioxidant currently known, providing both incredible anti-inflammatory and DNA protective capabilities. Intense research and clinical trials have clearly shown Astaxanthin's amazing ability to combat aging and help improve telomere health.
Astaxanthin alone was shown to:

· Increase energy levels
· Improve recovery time after exercise
· Protect skin from UV oxidation - Improve skin - Decrease lines and wrinkles
· Support the brain, eyes, and nervous system
· Supports joint and muscle health
In the carotenoid family, Astaxanthin is 1000 times, and 550 times stronger than vitamin E at free radical scavenging and singlet oxygen quenching.
Astaxanthin also possess the unique ability to cross both the blood-brain barrier, as well as the blood-retinal barrier, offering powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory protection to the eyes, brain and central nervous system.
Another very notable feature of Astaxanthin is that it can never function as a pro-oxidant. In other words, It can never begin to cause oxidation rather than combat it. This makes it highly beneficial - even in high concentrations.
Lastly, Astaxanthin possesses another incredible ability that truly sets it apart. It protects the entire cell from damage. Both the water soluble and fat soluble parts of the cell. Other antioxidants protect one or the other. Astaxanthin's unique physical properties allow it to reside within the cell membrane while protecting the inside of the cell from oxidation and inflammation; transporting trapped free radicals to the polar regions of the cell making them available to water soluble antioxidants.
Trans-Resveratrol 99% - Water Soluble Antioxidant (Pharmaceutical Quality)
Resveratrol is a potent water soluble polyphenol compound found in plant materials with powerful antioxidant properties that have linked it to both anti-aging and protection from disease.
Some of the benefits of Trans-Resveratrol include:

· Improved cardiovascular health
· Powerful anti-inflammatory properties
· Prevention of joint diseases
· Lowers blood-sugar levels
· Improved endurance and vigor
· Increased and improved blood-flow
Resveratrol has the unique ability to penetrate deep into the nucleus of cells giving your DNA sufficient time to repair free radical damage. Studies have also shown its ability to activate sirtuin1, which is activated during caloric restricted diets, which have been shown to improve telomere synthesis, linking this potent antioxidant to longer lives.
The most beneficial form of Resveratrol is 99% Trans-Resveratrol, and is recognized as being the only form worth using regularly to combat free radical damage effectively.
Key Nutrients to Improve DNA Synthesis, DNA Integrity and Telomere Health:
Indeed, antioxidants play a critical role in maintaining cell health and longer telomeres, but research has also identified specific nutrients that have a direct correlation to telomere length and DNA integrity. Syn-RG is formulated with the proper "super nutrients" needed to improve and maintain telomere length and cell health.
These include:
Vitamin B-12 As Methylcobalamin
Fittingly recognized as the "energy vitamin", B-12 is a power-house nutrient required for a number of vital bodily functions including: energy production, blood formation, DNA synthesis, and myelin formation.
What's important to understand is the difference between the most common form of B-12 cyanocobalamin, and the lesser used methylcobalamin. The latter is most critical, and is required to fight against neurological disease and aging. The liver converts a small amount of the common cyanocobalamin into methylcobalamin within the body. Larger amounts of the more beneficial methylcobalamin are required to protect against aging and correct neurological defects.
Syn-RG utilizes this most essential form of B-12, which is currently used in both the prevention and therapy to combat chronic fatigue syndrome, Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathies, Alzheimer's disease, muscular dystrophy and neurological aging.
Folate as Folic Acid (B-9)
Derived from fresh green vegetables, Folate is another key nutrient required to promote telomere health and cell longevity, and works hand-in-hand with B-12. A large number of the population are deficient, which can lead to elevated homocysteine levels, which can contribute to both heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.
Folate plays an important role in DNA methylation and maintaining DNA integrity, both of which do in fact, influence the length of your telomeres.
Vitamin D-3 (Active Form)
A study has shown that a higher concentration of Vitamin D within the body is associated with longer leukocyte telomere length, and ultimately, longer lifespan.
Vitamin D is a potent inhibitor of proinflammatory response and as such, reduces inflammation, which diminishes leukocyte turnover. Your leukocyte telomere length is a predictor of aging related disease, and decreases with each cell cycle. Chronic inflammation accelerates this process.
It was demonstrated that higher concentrations of this "super nutrient" could slow telomere attrition in leukocytes.
The study revealed that those with higher vitamin D levels were found to have fewer aging-related changes in their DNA, as well as lowered inflammatory responses, which leads to a significant reduction of inflammation.
People with higher concentrations of vitamin D in their bodies are most likely to have longer telomeres. This means that people with higher levels of vitamin D may actually age more slowly than people with lower levels of vitamin D.
Your vitamin D concentrations decrease with age, whereas your C-reactive protein (a mediator of inflammation) increases, which increases inflammation and your overall risk of developing autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
Active Vitamin D (D-3) in higher concentrations protects your body from the deterioration of aging.
In summary, Syn-RG's powerful formula provides an immediate impact in cellular health and rejuvenation to improve and maintain telomere length, cell function and total cell health. This product was designed to slow down aging, repair degenerative cell damage, extend the life-span of your cells, and protect their continued ability to replicate - It is the most complete, and most powerful all-in-one cell health supplement available.
Syn-RG employs a more direct high-efficiency transport mechanism.
We use the sublingual form of ingestion for the proven benefits of absorption versus tablets or capsules. Tablets and capsules have shown a loss of bio-activity during the digestive process. This simply means that the amount ingested will not remain the same dosage after passing through the digestive tract.
Syn-RG passes into the blood-stream quickly and efficiently through capillaries located under the tongue after being administered. Due to it's very small molecular size, Syn-RG is thoroughly assimilated into the bloodstream without breaking apart or undergoing severe metabolic changes that would take away from the potency of the formulation.
In other words, Syn-RG is not prone to a loss of formulation integrity or product effectiveness, delivering a greater amount of positive benefits, much faster than our competitors.
We are completely convinced that Syn-RG is the single most technologically advanced, most effective telomere support/anti-aging supplement available on the market today.

It's neither novel or dangerous. It is expensive though for what it contains. There is nothing in it that has been shown to effect telomeres any more than a multi vitamin might.
The idea that a sublingual thymus extract is a telomerase replacement and can transport ingredients like b12 or resveratrol directly into cellular membranes in a way that protects or extends telomeres, is suspect to say the least and just marketing BS, IMO .

Thanks for the explanation.
Basically I found Syn-RG, because I was interested with Astaxanthin.

I found also this Syn-RG YouTube video:

What also bothers me, that on the site they say it contains Astaxanthin, but on the bottle label there is no sign of Astaxanthin in the Ingredients list.

I did a search with the words:
telomerase thymus
and found this study:
Involvement of 14-3-3 proteins in nuclear localization of telomerase
http://www.ncbi.nlm....cles/PMC212742/

This study seems to say that increased telomerase wont increase telomere length if certain proteins are mutated.
It goes on to say: "...Full-length human 14-3-3θ cDNA was amplified from thymus..."

I am not qualified enough to deduce whether a properly made extract of Thymus would be beneficial to telomere elongation.
I have also not found info on the thymus extract in Syn-RG, but this looks worth looking into.

Further it looks like LDL Cholesterol is needed to make the new cells during cell division.
The problem is that LDL quickly becomes oxidised or the Omegas from which it is made are rancid even before consumption.
Astaxanthin is one of the most powerful fat soluble antioxidants available. 1000 X more-so than Vit E?

Low D3 has been shown to have a negative effect on telomerase and folate/B vitamins are important to DNA repair.

So all in all there may be something to Syn-RG?
I wonder how Kenorb did with it?
