Hi, I have terrible short term memory and since I don't eat meat I don't have any Vitamin B12.

After goggling around I came up with a small list of supplements:

A general multivitamin and mineral supplement.
GPC choline
Acetyl-L-Carnitine
Alpha Lipoic Acid
Vitamin D3, 5,000 IU
Vitamin K2
Alpha GPC
Vit5amin B-12, 2000Mcg
Chelated Manganese

Does anyone think this would be a good combination?

Thanks

I would take a look at this thread if I was you.

Also perhaps look at Gotu Kola, Ashwagendha, Ginkgo biloba, Lions Mane
