I am curious, if any one knows of substances known to raise cortisol or act as glucocorticoid agonist?

Pregnenolone may raise cortisol levels, I think citicoline should as well since it raises ACTH...   not sure how significant the effect is

Aside from hydrocortisone, I think nicotine might be your best bet.

I think pregnenolone raises cortisol and DHEA levels equivantly, and as these two counteracts each other you probably won't notice much from the cortisol raise..

Neither caffeine nor regular stims raises cortisol chronically.
