CILTEP for LTP:
Forskolin 10% 150mg (15mg) split into 2 doses
Luteolin 98% 150mg split into 2 doses
500mg of Phenylalanine
DMAA 10mg twice a day.  Note, I consider this the most dangerous part of my stack, but it gives very good motivation even at this low dose when combined with CILTEP.  I'm hoping this low dose is not too determental to my health.

Methylene Blue: 250mcg split throughout the day
Benefits: NAD/NAD+ ratio, neurogenesis
Side effects for me: Slight increase in libido

ALCAR: 1 grams split into 2 doses
Benefits: increases aCh, neurogenesis
Side effects for me: slightly stimulating

<Dropped Aniracetam>: Gives me brain fog eventually.   Effect magnified on CILEPT stack.

Pramiracetam: 250mg in the morning and 250mg in the afternoon.
Side effects: Slight mania during the first few days.

500mg of cdp-choline morning

Lithium: 5mg at night from lithium orotate
Benefits: Mood, decreased anxiety, neurogenesis
Side effects: Sleepy and unmotivated the next day if I take more.

Bacopa: 300mg of Bacopin 20% extract at night
Benefits: Memory
Side effects: Initally sleepy and unmotivated the next day if I take 500mg or more.
Now my tolerance for Bacopa is increasing. I've upped this to 300mg during the day and 500mg at night.

Ashwagandha 7%: 250mg at night, 500mg split into 2 doses during the day.
Benefits: Stimulates NGF, reduces stress

Fish Oil: 2g morning yielding 1.5g of omega 3's
Benefits: Mood, neurogenesis, cardiovascular health
Side effects: None

Gingko Biloba 24/6: 250mg three times a day.
Benefits: Increased blood flow to the brain, supposed synergy with other noots.
Side effects: None

Phosphatidyl Serine: 100mg a day
Benefits: Neurogenesis, reduce cortisol, memory
Side effects: None
Notes: Initially I thought this was doing great things, but now it seems like it might have been placebo.

Other supplements:
Multi
Vitamin D 2000iu
vitamin K2 mk7 100mcg
Pom40p pomegranate extract
Magnesium Malate

Piracetam is not in my stack because it causes irritibility.  I can lower the dose, but then I don't notice any benefit.  I've tried msg and glutamic acid.  It seems like it was working at first, but then after a few days the irritibility set in.  I'm done with Piracetam, it is not for me.

Have you tried any other stims compared to DMAA?
I never really liked that stuff, i wonder how it stacks up to other stims for you.

Only caffeine, ephedra. Dmaa is only good at low dose. 10mg ideal, 20mg max.

Still reading all the material to be had on this site, forgive my noobishness, I have a couple questions for you if you don't mind.

I'm trying to replicate your CILTEP stack, I happen to have http://www.amazon.co...ils_o00_s00_i01 and http://www.amazon.co...ils_o00_s01_i00  are these brands suitable, and will I be able to replicate the dosages?

Any book/subject recommendations for the requisite core understanding of brain chemistry for someone trying to get into Nootropics?  While there is a wealth of information in this forum it doesn't strike me as being the most efficient method to acquire information beyond subjective.

The artichoke extract looks okay (althought I prefer stand alone Luteolin).
The forskolin product doesn't have the % of extract.  Try to get one that has at least 10%.

I learned what I know from reading studies and articles I find on the internet.  Would be nice to read a primer on neurchemistry :)

How are you "feeling", for example; from this stack do you feel more focus and have more concentration, and to be able to recall things more fluently?

The "feeling' I get from this stack is great.  I was having some motivation issues before starting nootropics, and this completely turned that around 180.  Pram had a good effect in the motivation area and the CILPET stack improved it even more.  Pram also helps significantly with memory and recall.

Thanks for responding, im revisiting my CILTEP stack and was a bit puzzled by your response. What I have appears to be 100mg capsules with 10% forskolin, is that not correct?  I was about to toss these but checked again.

Amount Per Serving: Coleus Forskohlii root extract - 100 mg* Standardized to contain 10% forskolin (10 mg per capsule)*Daily value for coleus forskohlii herb or forskolin extract not established. Other Ingredients: rice powder

I haven't had the greatest time sourcing these components, so any purchasing links would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Yep, 100mg of 10% looks fine.
