Hi every one. I've been experiencing with pira at various doses, 600-2400, ALCAR, 500-1000.

I have a VERY intense month coming of study duty, and I wish i could be as focused as possible.

I was thinking take a megadose of pira, 9,6 daily, for about that month, and, using Chrono's (I think was him) theory of the ACh creation cicle, take ALCAR with it at 1500-2000 for the cholinergic depletion. Is too much ALCAR, or I'll be OK with that? In how many takes should I divide the Piracetam?

Also, I was wondering if there was some thing "tasteless" (mentally speaking), cheap and quick to get on an herb store, and that could support the memorization proccess. Maybe fish oil, Vitamins...?

Oh, I forgot to say, I'm planning to make an abrupt withdrawal of ganja during this month, and take Melatonin (Melatonin 1,8 mg, California Poppy, passiflora, 117 mg, Bastard Balm 36 mg, Tilla 18 mg, Valeriana 12 mg) for the sleep. Let's see how it goes!

Though it's probably not the time to experiment with antidepressants, you could try low dose citalopram (Celexa, Cipramil etc) eg. 10mg. If you experience study anxiety (or any anxiety for that matter), the 'chill factor' can help focus. It's been a godsend for me.

Herbs that could support the memorization process that you can get at the store: Vinpocetine, DMAE, Vitamin B5, Rosemary, Sage, Huperzine A, Rhodiola rosea, Ginseng, Ginkgo biloba.
