Hi all,

Just started using Cron-O-Meter, what a great piece of software..
I can now really see which areas I am low in, and vice versa.

I eat a lot of chia seeds, flax, greens, nuts, etc..
And noticed that my daily intake of Omega-3 (mostly ALA though to my understanding) is around 15mg (no supplements)
Is this too much ??

Is a fish oil supplement needed on top of this for the EPA/DHA ?

Also, I noticed that my daily intake of Omega-6 is around 15 grams (again mostly nuts, etc = healthy foods)
I've read very mixed things online re ratios, and have a warning at the bottom of cron-o-meter that my 3:6 ratio is way off..
Any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks in advance

Could you confirm first that you really only get about 15 mg Omega-3 -seems impossible if you really eat a lot of chia an flax seeds.
